Beijing United Power Packaging limited is subsidiary of Supreme Development Company Limited ( China ).  Supreme Development Company Limited ( China ) was founded in Hong Kong in 1972. Under the policy of the Reform and Opening, factory was moved to the Tian Liao Industrial Park of Bao An, Shenzhen in 1986.

In the 80s, Supreme has imported a C0-extruded machine from Italy, adopting the technology for Anti-Static and Anti-ultraviolet aging in order to technologies the packaging film.

During 90s, under the fiery global trend of environment-protection, Supreme successfully developed the environmental plastic products, including TDP totally Degradable, Biological Degradable and Calcium Carbonate Degradable plastic.

In 1996, in order to save the forest resource and reduce the environment pollution Supreme invented the Synthetic Paper, which has been approved as patents in U.S.A and china on Feb.1998.

In 2005, Supreme became Symphony Environmental Technologies UK ( d2w manufactory)'s"Sole certified distributor in Asia"for d2w on finished products with developing and promoting d2w degradable packaging to global markets.
